Trust

How we handle your calls and data.

Your customers trust you with their calls. Here's exactly what happens to them, in plain English.

Callers always know

At the start of every call, Flo says she's an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. Florida requires everyone on a call to agree to recording, so the notice comes first, before anything else.

What Flo can and can't see

Flo knows what you give us to set her up: your services, hours, rules and answers to common questions. She has no access to your customer or patient records, other callers' details or your messages.

She won't change her instructions, even if a caller claims to be you or tries to trick her. We test for that on every assistant before it goes live.

Recordings and call logs

Our voice provider keeps call recordings and transcripts for 30 days, behind links that expire.

Your call log lives in your own Google Sheet. You decide how long personal details stay in it, and we suggest a schedule that removes them once a call is handled.

Who can listen

You and the people you choose. Flogenta listens to calls to set up, test and improve your assistant. Nobody else.

We don't sell your data or your callers' data, and we don't use one client's calls to build another client's assistant.

Healthcare offices

Before a dental or other healthcare office goes live, we sign a Business Associate Agreement with you, and every vendor that handles patient information has signed one too.

Email alerts never carry patient details, and Flo never confirms whether someone is a patient or gives clinical advice.

We only answer

Flo answers incoming calls. We don't make marketing calls or send marketing texts on your behalf.

Tested before it's live

Every assistant is tested on dozens of practice calls before a real customer hears it, including emergencies, wire-transfer requests and callers trying to trick it. You hear it answer as your business before you say yes.

If you leave

Month to month, no long contracts. When you leave, we return your call log and delete what we hold, and confirm it in writing.
