Flo is built for HIPAA workflows and keeps patient details out of ordinary email. Before a dental or other healthcare office goes live, we sign a Business Associate Agreement with you, and every vendor that handles patient information has signed one too.

Calls can be recorded and transcribed so you can review what happened. Callers are told at the start of the call, as Florida and many other states require. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 30 days. Your call log lives in your own Google Sheet, for as long as you choose.
