Who we are
Flogenta is a brand of SKYS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Flogenta", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit flogenta.com, contact us, or interact with an AI assistant we operate for one of our business clients. Information we collect
When you visit our website or ask for a demo
- Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email and what your business does, plus anything you write to us.
- Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider receives basic data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.
- Preferences stored on your device: the site may remember which industry example you last viewed, using your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by our hosting provider, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies.
When you call, text or chat with a business that uses Flogenta
Our clients use Flogenta to answer their calls and messages. When you contact one of them, we process information on that business's behalf, such as your phone number, the recording and transcript of the conversation, and details you share (for example, the service or appointment you need). The business decides how this information is used, and its own privacy policy applies to it. We act as its service provider and only use this information to provide and improve the service for that business, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and questions, and to set up and run services for our clients.
- To answer calls and messages, book appointments, send confirmations, transfer calls and update records, as our clients instruct.
- To keep our services secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
- To improve how the assistant handles conversations for the client it serves. We do not use one client's call data to build another client's assistant, and we do not sell call data.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
AI assistants and call recording
Flogenta assistants use artificial intelligence, including AI-generated voices. Our assistants are set up to tell callers they are speaking with a virtual assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the business can review what happened and follow up. Where the law requires consent from everyone on a call, including in Florida, callers are told at the start that the call may be recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, you can end the call and contact the business another way.
AI can make mistakes. Important details such as appointment times are confirmed by text or by the business.
Text messages
If you give a business that uses Flogenta your mobile number, you may receive text messages related to your request, such as confirmations, reminders and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with providers that help us deliver messages.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With the business you contacted, which is the purpose of the service.
- With service providers that help us run Flogenta, such as voice and telephony, AI model, text messaging, email, calendar, website form and hosting providers. They may only use it to provide their services to us. A current list is available on request.
- For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, callers or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Health information
Some clients, such as dental practices, may be covered by HIPAA. For those clients we handle protected health information only as allowed by a Business Associate Agreement, use only vendors that have agreed to the same protections, and keep patient details out of ordinary email and unapproved tools.
How long we keep information
We keep demo-request information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to two years after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Call recordings, transcripts and messages are kept for the period set by the client's agreement with us, and deleted or returned when that agreement ends, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and limiting who can see data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant client as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@flogenta.com. If your information was collected through a business that uses Flogenta, we will pass your request to that business or help it respond, because it controls that information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will give clear notice before it takes effect.
